So.. over the past few weeks ive been having incredible dramas with my computer its been a trusty computer and has given me no issues, altho as of late its been giving me the shits with continously restarting, i diagnosed it to not being the power supply by giving the PC only enough power to run a CDRom and it went on for days, so i thought it may be the OS well it wasnt and all of a sudden it crashed and i lost all visuals no bios screen, swapped gfx tested various things MOBO DEAD!
My trust Intel 3.2Ghz HT that was oc’d to 3.8ghz had done a MJ on me and died unexpectedly

Ive always been a big fan of oil coolers, and since i recently killed my turbo it was a main thing i get an oil cooler, So ive been doing the usual searching around Japan and Australia and found 1 for sale, Picked up it within 30mins of messaging the guy i want it for a good price so here she is tested fitted with my front bar
Its a Greedy Grex Oil Cooler non relocator, Never wanted the relocator so it perfect

Well over the past long weekend, Happy Easter everybody! Ive had alot of time to work on the hood, it was my goal to actually get to the prepping before paint stage by Monday and i ‘kind of’ got there most of the hood has been sanded, fibreglassed altho there are spots that i didnt bog up to well or where its a bit lumpy so i need to still sand and glass over certain parts
I dont think it came up to bad for a person who has never used fibreglass or ever had to spray anything that needs to look good, ive done the odd primer job on panels before but since this is my own car i think its prob my best work haha
So i got my dmax hood yesterday and got straight into getting it upto scratch.
I should of taken the pics when it arrived but ill try give you a mental picture, bonnet pins loose scratching everything in a circular motion because the person who sent it didn’t wrap it or even remove them or secure them, Fibreglass cracks and massive paint swirls and deep sanding marks in the hood, it was of really really bad shape and not even close to something i would put on my car.
I spent the weekend sanding it back and giving it some paint, It looks much better now but as per the 2nd picture alot of paint stuff ups, alot of deep scratches and some paint blotches, So going to need to sand this baby back to primer it seems then paint it and see how it looks then
So as of late as you may remember from previous blogs ive been trying to actually defrag a Windows 2000 Server, ive been doing it manually until tonight i decided to quit the old school ways and go Automatic i found a funky Sysinternals release of contig a great tool that lets you via command in windows 2000 defrag since you cant just use ‘defrag’ in cmd for windows 2000.
I created a bat file with the below to Defrag the C:\ on 1 of my servers, and it even outputs the entire defrag log to a file
Whenever it came to service time i always forgot what the perfect gap ratio was, So i thought id blog what i use and what others should possibly try out
These are for the basic Copper Plugs, Which do the job and since your changing them every 5-7000km theres no need to go all out of the Irridums.
